Description

Sumatriptan also works by stabilizing the chemical changes that cause a migraine attack. The remedy relieves the sickness within 30 minutes.
Warnings
Sumatriptan is safe for use as a migraine treatment. It may be inappropriate for you if:
- You have strokes or heart attacks.
- You have problems with poor circulation.
- You have high blood pressure.
- You have severely reduced liver function.
Directions
- Sumatriptan tablets should be swallowed whole and taken as soon as possible after the onset of a migraine.
- You can repeat the dose after 2 hours if your migraine has not been relieved or use another option such as
- Sumatriptan 50mg & 100mg tablets can be taken with painkillers.
- Sumatriptan should not be taken with other 'triptans' or with medication containing ergotamine.
Ingredients
Each Sumatriptan tablet contains sumatriptan succinate as the active ingredient. Each tablet also contains Lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), triacetin, red iron oxide (E172).
